      Pros

      -Open M-F so most shifts are reasonable. Open from 6am to 6pm there are a variety of shifts available for those that are willing to work mornings. -Pay is on par with responsibilities and work output. -The environment is more welcoming that most. -Amenities include cafeteria as well as a food truck lady that visits daily. Break Room/Cafeteria with quick grab and go food.

      Cons

      -Some projects might have different standards of security so things like having your phone with you can be something you'll have to learn to do without. -Training is more hands on than other places, although this was not an issue with me I do see other people having a bit of an uphill battle with this style of learning.

      Small corporate office makes it easy to find who you need to/ what you need to make an impacr Great culture for size Nice facilities Great upward growth opportunities

      No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

      Pros

      Free parking in garage cool coworkers

      Cons

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
