Managers and team leaders are approachable, encouraging employees to share ideas and provide feedback. Overall, I find my job at Datamyte to be fulfilling and engaging. The work is challenging but rewarding and I feel like I am contributing meaningfully to the company’s success. I have had the opportunity to advance quickly, work on projects tailored to my interests, collaborate with talented colleagues, and grow in my role. Work on less mirco management and long weekly meetings. This would help work productivity.
