We firmly disagree with this characterization of our culture and leadership.
DAVRON actively and consistently seeks feedback from team members through regular one-on-ones, performance discussions, training sessions, and open dialogue. Honest input is encouraged, expected, and acted upon. The suggestion that people are “afraid to speak openly” does not align with how we operate or with the results our team achieves.
We are a high-culture, high-performance organization. Expectations are clear, accountability is real, and success here requires discipline, consistency, and ownership. That environment empowers many people—and it is not for everyone.
What is objective and measurable is this:
100% of recruiters who have been with us longer than 12 months have earned six figures, including earnings exceeding $200,000, and even $300,000. Those outcomes do not occur in environments defined by fear, chaos, or emotional decision-making. They occur where coaching, structure, feedback, and standards are taken seriously.
Like any performance-driven company, we address underperformance directly and transparently. Some individuals choose to move on when expectations are not being met, and that is their right. We believe clarity and accountability are far more respectful than allowing people to drift without direction.
We are proud of the many professionals who thrive here, build meaningful careers, and achieve results well above industry norms. While we understand that our model may not suit every individual, we stand confidently behind our culture, leadership, and track record of success.
