Pros

**Main benefits listed below** Benefits for a contracting company are top tier. They really ensure that you are taken care of. They are super accommodating when it comes to personal time off (true flex pto) and have tons of benefits which are equivalent to (if not better) than a high GS government position. They make sure that all good employees are noticed and mentioned in every company wide meeting. They push for better hours always and even if you are contracted to work for a government facility, they will always have your back. Upper management is accessible by 1 text or phone call and are super responsive. -Hard work is not only appreciated, but rewarded - They ensure that everyone is paid well above the National average for their position -They pay for certification exams and any trainings that you would like to do to advance in your career/position - If you are contracted, they will constantly look for and push for you to get a full time position - They allow tons of growth and are are super huge on company culture (they take their Hawaiian roots very seriously and are super accommodating of employees religious and dietary restrictions)
