Pros
Good people to work with, both on the Government side and contractor side. Leadership is driven to grow company portfolio. Fair amount of opportunities for growth and skill advancement; consistently challenging and evolving environment. Employer pays for annual membership to Costco.
Cons
1-year waiting period to receive 401(k) match (3%) is a slight knock. Annual uncertainty when the advisory services contract is up for renewal; always a worry that another bid is selected for award and offers cut-rate salaries and benefits to existing employees. Not Dawson's fault, just the nature of the game.
