High Points for fostering an amazing work/life balance for employees. Great management style and executive company culture. No micro-managing or corporate requirements whatsoever, I am given the freedom to just focus on my work for the customer. Learning is highly encouraged, and staff are given many resources to obtain more experience and training. Total family vibe, I can talk to anyone in company without having to get on someone's calendar. Great benfits package and salary rates. Look: I've worked for 8 different small govt contractor companies in the DC area over my 23 year carear, and none have been like DAn Solutions. I want to retire from DAn Solutions.
