Pros
very friendly and welcoming people work here. its a small company, which might be your thing. they get a lot of meaningful work in the city. sidewalks, bike trails, and pedestrian friendly infrastructure. its a good place to work if you are fresh out of college. DB is very well connected with Indy DPW, so if you'd like to do that in the future, this would be a great place to be. the owner does a really really good job of hiring a diverse range of people.
Cons
its small, so its hard to grow there, unless you are OK with playing "the long game".
not a lot of work from home going on here either. like i said, very nice people and good culture, its just really hard to move up.
