Pros
Fast paced and enjoyable. Work is hard but you leave feeling satisfied. Management is friendly and helpful. Long 3 day weekend off. Opportunity to make up to 5 dollars an extra through LMS, a standard that rates how hard you are working throughout your shift. Incentives for being on time and present every 3 months. Competitive pay with higher wages than some other local companies.
Cons
Long shifts. 12 hour days when most of the time work only lasts 10 of it. Short breaks, 2 10 minute breaks, 1 25 minute break. Point system, takes 3 months to lose a point. No sick days.
