Pros
12hr rotating shifts working 36 hrs one week and 48 hrs the next week. Pay was good, good benefits, sick days, & vacation days without a waiting a year. Loved my crew.
Cons
I was hired for one position and switched to another one without being told my pay would change to a $1 less.
