Pros
Being a large corporation, there is a lot of stuff one can potentially learn. Free bus shuttle services for Singapore employees. Co-workers are mostly friendly and helpful. A lot of OT hours.
Cons
Workload is often given too much to individuals. Workers are often seen as a headcount not as a person. Poor communication between workers and their management, which usually ends up with a lot of miscommunication and animosity. A lot of OT hours.
