This is a company which gives u lots of free play to plan for your personal growth and also provide good benefits to support a personal upgrade. Managers are supportive as they are keen to investigate any issues their staff is facing.
Cons
Sometimes the dept can be too big for managers to know more of her/his individual staff growth. Is better for staff to be more pro-active to engage with their managers
