Pros
Must have the best work-life since I start working, but this depends on your boss and department. Good compensation &benefit. Global company, many chances to work with global team. Good colleagues, no toxic competitive. Good place to learn for new grads as this compoany had an established standard procedure. Nice HR, normally people are nice here (if you're not in conflict with them)
Cons
Surprisingly Thai. Not very active and not much social activities between emp. Having multiple sites also don't help. Mess up management and redundant work process (also depends on your boss) Systems are quite old fashion, and crash regularly. High turn over rate due to internal conflicts and static job role.
