The people at DC BLOX are all genuinely kind and interesting. The company is on a great trajectory, and I can see high growth for employees who stick around and help the company mature. The company also truly does care for employees, especially in moments outside of work.

There is a lot of ambiguity surrounding swim lanes, as well as the typical issues of moving fast and breaking things that high-growth companies often suffer from. If you're someone who thrives in highly structured environments, you might really struggle.
