Communication is key with this team! They are so understanding and truly want what is best for you. You not only get to see happy animals every day, but you also get to stay active and work outdoors. A member of management has interviewed every animal you interact with as an employee, and your safety is a top priority for them.
Cons
Things that management cannot control: weather (rain or shine), DMV traffic (if you choose to drive for the job), and random access complications with concierges at clients' apartments (not too often)
