Pros
The place is basically a sandbox for welding management. If you have good ideas to bring to the table that will improve processes they will likely allow you to implement them.
Cons
Old school. They're kind of stuck in the 1990's. Which means there are lots of improvements that can be made. Wages and PTO are in line with the rest of the industry. Which means especially PTO is lacking.
