      You will learn what the exact meaning of the world "amateur". You can learn all sorts of things which you should not do in a company.

      Cons

      Big time Politics. Even people who cant even write a single line of code can work here without having the fear of getting terminated.

      World class company where you can learn a lot of it. It has a lot of experienced and helpful employees. They know how to take of employees

      Nothing to talk about because the period i spend there everything was ok. This company i'm recommending it for other employees

      - Company policies & practices well established -Good working environment - Feel as if at home - Not too big which gives the chance to talk with top management easily - Opportunities to work in different types of projects (in Africa, Mauritius, Europe) & technologies (ERP, .Net, Navision, Oracle, ABAP, etc)

      Cons

      - Not always align salaries to the market - No proper Retention strategies
