      * Severely underpays across most roles. High turnover rate * No overtime pay despite heavy workload * Negligible 401(k) match with 5-year vesting * Little to no bonuses for years * Minimal PTO accrual (0.307 days/pay period) * Weak health insurance; high out-of-pocket costs
