Generous PTO, work from home and that’s about it

Cons

Disgusting and inhumane performance expectation, deceased debt collections meaning you call grieving loved ones to ask for money and the company makes games out of their grief to see who can collect the most, management and leadership makes it extremely clear that you’re just a number to help them bonus, you’re pitted against your peers and expected to hit numbers only a robot could achieve, and you’ll find yourself miserable within your first two weeks. You can’t even take a post-coffee restroom break without being questioned as to what you were doing. I’ve seen reps targeted for their race, they try to paint a culture emphasizing inclusivity and opportunity, but opportunities are only there for those who are in good with leadership and have been for years.
