No pros at all just its Remote

Cons

-Rude someone called Sedra Cartall speak with arrogant and sassy tone -The lowest pay ever 2.1$/hr -Very crazy target 4:30 AHT while u speak to deaf unresponsive old customers - unexplained hrs deductions - they remove u from the queue when the calls become less -no paid breaks or leaves

Pros

Nothing, at all. The information about this Parttime Freelance possibility was too good to be true.

Cons

It is promoted as Freelance but you have to explain why you cannot work certain days. You cannot choose what part of the job you do. The training was OK. The day you came on the floor horrendous. No nesting. No support. Yeah, later when there is no need anymore. When you say something about it, you get fired (via WhatsApp) immediately.
