Pros
Offer a competitive wage up front to get you in the door but then you realize quickly you are going to pay for it. The company talks about being employee owned but you as an employee have NO say in anything the company decides. ESOP is a good program and benefits after 5 years there are better than average.
Cons
Many employees that don't live up to their resume. Good ole boy club that thinks they know better than even their customers. Failing leadership in the upper levels due to lack of experience in the engineering field. Company has lost a LOT of contracts over the past year and has not acquired many. Growth of the company is jammed down your throat constantly. Again, lots of talk up front but no real action behind the words.
