Pros
If you're a flight instructor looking to build flight time fast, this is the place for you. Plan on building on average 100-120 hours a month. The fleet of Piper aircraft is the most up-to-date avionics, clean interiors, and good maintenance. The group of instructors you'll be working with are great people and work together as a team.
Cons
Being a "contract" flight instructor (1099 form for taxes), they treat you as a full time employee. You don't get to make your own schedule and is at the mercy of the students and management. The chief flight instructor is very mico-managing and will control many of the lessons with the students. Expect weekly instructor meetings and not get paid to go to them.
