Nice team but low pay and long hours - Account Executive DDB Employee Review

DDB is fantastic. Great people, great culture. Omnicom (the parent) not so much. Quickly becoming extremely cold and corporate.

DDB was a perfect place to work for the past 12 years. On July 1st I was laid off with a bunch of others. The parent company Omnicom is making huge changes to IT, and it is being rolled out in a very chaotic and seemingly poorly planned manner.

Diverse set of clients and tight knit group of creatives.

Too concerned about fake work and awards.
