Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. It’s important for potential candidates to know that ALL of the 5-star reviews appear to be written under pressure by current CEO (Kurken), which does not reflect the true work environment!!! The CEO demonstrates highly erratic and aggressive behavior, often yelling and showing a lack of respect for staff. Leadership lacks emotional control, which creates a toxic and unpredictable workplace. Hiring and firing happens frequently, which leads to constant turnover and instability!! While the compensation might seem attractive at first, it’s used as a tactic to retain employees temporarily!! However, the long-term cost to your well-being and professional growth is not worth it in my opinion. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before joining this company.
