There are no down sides

I really enjoy the work that I do. I get quite a bit of freedom and trust to do my job. They let us flex our hours as necessary as long as it's reasonable.

Working with management can be frustrating as I often don't feel understood. I do think they are doing their best but are still lacking a bit. They are behind the times in how they keep track of everything on paper. Management doesn't seem to like change and when change is rolled out it is often not well thought through and therefore causes many problems.
