Pros

1. Casual work environment - No one cares if you wear jeans and a hoodie, or if you have piercings and tattoos. Job performance matters more than physical appearance. 2. Excellent coworkers - Everyone, including the management team, is approachable and friendly. Everyone knows everyone else within the facility. 3. Business is continually growing - New positions are steadily being created, which means there are opportunities to move up or into a new role. 4. Quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, holiday bonuses and the frequent all company events are definite pros. Bonuses in total are roughly an additional 15% of your base pay.

Cons

1. Hours for most positions are not flexible. 2. Overtime is to be expected during the busier seasons. 3. Base pay is low for the industry. Bonuses help make the pay comparable, but the alternative, increased base pay and decreased bonuses, would be preferable since bonuses aren't guaranteed.

Pros

Early flexible work shift - you can almost come in whatever time you want to do your 8 hours, most people are out of here by 4:30-5. Nice people to work with - very friendly people and fun culture committee events like outdoor activities, trivia, pot lucks, etc Small company feel - we all know each other even if we don't work with each other all the time Workload - pretty manageable, it ebbs and flows, you will never have to work weekends or overtime unless you volunteer for it Smart Casual Attire - don't have to dress up here Very Generous PTO - 12 days for year 1, 18 days for 1-5 years, and 24 days for 5 years +

Cons

Pay/Bonuses/Raises - The pay is very okay. They used to give raises and bonuses every year like clockwork but now they don't. Growth - Tech > Assistant Project Manager > Project Manager that's really it unless a supervisor position opens up.
