Pros
Location if you are close to Glen Mills, PA - however, this is there only office location and warehouse.
Cons
Owners are terrible; No ability to run a professional organization and don't care to do so. They couldn't care less about their employees. No training programs; fast paced and a fire drill 24/7. 75% of the people that come through the door are from Centimark. Turnover is unbelievable. Lack of strategic planning; lack of transparency throughout the organization.
