      The company culture is supportive, collaborative and genuinely values it's employees. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges and progress in your career. Leadership is approachable and encourages growth, both professionally and personally. Overall it's an environment where hard work is recognised, ideas are welcomed and people feel empowered to succeed.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are no significant downsides. The company continually improves, making it an even better place to work.

      - Clear and defined strategies across all I have been involved in. - Supportive leadership. - Meaningful work. - Opportunities to influence.

      Cons

      - Salaries not market leading. - No EMI or share-scheme to enhance employee engagement. - BUPA healthcare is the most basic package and doesn't include dental.

      In the whole nice people

      Cons

      Appears to be no true strategy and I feel that the costs needed to upgrade the business offerings will be offset by further staff reductions. Long term plans are not made, and when they are they are then reversed and the business returns to being reactive and client led.
