- Staff are friendly. - Cafeteria with well priced food.

- Plant managers and supervisors ruled on fear, intimidation, and belittling. - Lack of a dedicated HR department. The Health and Safety department doubles as HR. - Formal harassment complaints are not taken seriously especially if the person being complained about is in management.
