      Upper management is out of touch with employees. Need to seriously reevaluate benefits, primarily time off & flexible work schedules

      DEG was one of the best firms in the country. Everyone cared about each other, the clients and vendors.

      Pros

      DEG is full of great people in a hardworking environment. The people and culture was great.

      Cons

      Not a lot of promotions or growth but right after I left the company got sold I think and a lot of folks got laid off. Not sure what it is like now. Pay wasn’t great.
