      Pros

      People at the IT departments are great. A good team has assembled there over the years, all friendly and willing to help one another. The IT manager is a strict but fair person, I liked him a lot.

      Cons

      The CEO tends to act on mood a lot of the time. If he's happy it's ok, if he's angry the you better not talk to him that day/week/month.
