all about billability, how much the employee is charging the clients so the management can bill the clients. very poor people skills from the manager. always a feeling that i am not good enough compared to my colleagues. always questions what does it take so long to do this and that. development of an employee is only towards an angle that would benefit the company and nothing for the benefit of the employee. all work is hybrid and no thinking of the struggles of the employees. no backing the employees in conflict with other company entities. all in all the manager does not know how to manage people
