Cons
Attempting to insert social constructs and cultural "woke" fads of the moment to master inviolable laws of physics, safety and equipment operation. Committing to building a ( small) population of pilots based on skin color, gender or sexual preference over intelligence, competency and eye-hand coordination displays risk taking unacceptable to everyone (properly surveyed)
