Nice projects but the company is a mess - QHSE Engineer DEME Employee Review

There is no working life balance, you are travelling all the time from project to project. You CANNOT choose your project and say no, so it is possible that your manager call you to move to Egypt, Taiwan or wherever without asking you and from one day to another (and yes, move means not going for a week, but for 6 months at least) Bad working conditions in the projects. Forget about what you discuss during the interviews... the company is a real mess. Lot of employees are leaving every month. It looks better from outside. The employees are only pawns.
