Illogical security measures (not allowing phone use for employees inside company except japanese managers). Admin and managers actually prioritize japanese employees and are bias to filipino employees. Some managers are gaslight kings and queens specially when you apply for leave. Some sections require to compesate leaves with overtime. Power tripping managers that are allowed to WFH yet they do not allow employees even with viable reasons. Some managers lack skill and have poor decision making, yet demand fast project completion from actual skillfull employees. Some managers credit grab from outputs of members yet they provide no support, Some managers are better suited with clerical and secretary work. Be careful because you might meet tom and jerry.
