      Nice associates very helpful & hardworking Junior people respect senior a lot Nice team work for any event or audit

      Cons

      No Liberty & unnecessary arguments in every decision made by TL and middle managers Less training opportunities to middle management HoD's more interference into middle managers daily job, no free environment for thinking about job improvements by them

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
