      Pros

      The employees are friendly, and the work environment is very comfortable. Management has a very good feel for your personal capability and workload.

      Cons

      The location is pretty terrible. Most of the engineers commute over an hour to work each day. There is a high turnover rate in the hourly associates.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
