Amazing people who are smart, talented, and help the whole team. Great benefits, good pay, flexible hours.
Cons
Minimum of 50 hours a week, sometimes up to 70 hours to stay afloat. Management says "40 hours a week is the expectation" but reality is far from that. Management strategy is to pile more work on the engineers at the same time that engineers are leaving the company.
