- Job security is both good and bad. Its good for knowing you dont have to worry about being fired or losing your job even when the economy is down. It's bad because people that are not capable of doing their job also have job security. This leads to more capable people having to picking up extra work to make up for those that are not capable. - HVAC department will work employees to the bone. New faces all the time because turn over is so great.
