      Pros

      It was an amazing opportunity to work for the largest auto parts manufacturer and be the first impression for everyone that visited our company.

      Cons

      The only con was that I was hired to be their front desk person as a contractor and was told they never hire permanently for that position.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
