      Opportunity to do many different types of work. Great pay and benefits. Great people. The company is always looking to invent new technologies for the auto industry.

      Cons

      Not always having the most recent computer technology needed to get the job done. Change can sometimes be way too slow.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
