      growing company great experience great pay worth all the hours always in need of help excellent work the leaders are great

      long hours standing in one spot for long periods of time steam up safety glasses very hot in there all the time

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
