Pros
The pay is good. I was kind of an older person when hired at Denso and one of the RARE few that got hired in off the street. They don't discriminate. I really liked that. Most places won't hire you if your over 35.
Cons
No communication. They read team leader notes but as far as what is happening on the lines there is no communication. Section leaders on afternoon shift are never around to ask questions. Fairness with associates is WAY off balance. There are some that are "pampered" and let off easy for not working but others are criticized for the slightest thing they do. In my opinion, everyone should have to do every job on the line. NO one should be babied. WE are ALL hired to do the same thing, and recieve the same pay, so why should some not have to work like the others?
