Great culture - Project Manager DES Architects + Engineers Employee Review

DES is full of friendly people who truly care about the work. Employees are engaged in the company culture and work/life/fun balance is encouraged. I like that leadership takes accountability and is always willing to jump in and help out when times are challenging. This is the first firm I've worked at that truly feels collaborative.

Not many come to mind. Advancement can be slow but only if you're not self-motivated to carve out your own path.

I always felt supported by my mentors and managers.

Sometimes, we needed more staff on a project than what we had. Made it harder to not work over time.
