      Pros

      Great non-profit with salary and benefits such as PTO (Paid Time Off). Great work experience for burgeoning Social Workers/Case Managers.

      Cons

      The turn-over rate for this job is high (on average people stay there for about a year and half). Working with the homeless population can be tough but if you can handle what it throws at you I would say you can handle just about anything. A great job to have on your resume.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
