      Pros

      You can learn a lot of new things and you can work without high pressure. Its hours are very flexible. Very good enviroment at work. Good possibilities of training.

      Cons

      The first and main contra is the salary. It is very difficult to earn a good salary and it is very difficult to increase the salary too.
