Cons
They are workaholics, and the leader of the leader offloads more work onto the other team, where the developer is the worker most worried about being fired. Surprisingly, senior developers are laid off, and they bring in juniors or mid-level developers to take over, and the pace remains demanding. They promise benefits, then pretend they don't know anything and ignore what the employee suggests. The salaries aren't what's listed on this platform; I know from a reliable source that they've inflated them to seem high (I think the leaders do have high salaries).
