      People are excellent, large company - easier to backfill/cover for sick/vacations, Training opportunities, access to all manufacturers and manufacturer support is excellent, structure is cohesive, customer issues easier resolved

      Big company=more hoops, understanding of regional limitations has taken time to comprehend

      they invest in your future with training. they want you succeed but you have to put in the effort.

      Cons

      they dont offer 401k match and that's a big for the future. acclimation to the company can be rough.
