commission scam - Regional Sales Manager DEX Imaging Employee Review

after working at dex for 10 years and leaving to pursue a MBA- I was terminated 2 weeks before my final date of employment. After waiting the 90 days post employment for my final commission check, DEX DID NOT PAY ME! these commissions were already outstanding for a year- and after hiring legal counsel to pursue wage theft litigation against the company, they agreed in writing to pay me and still did not pay. they have ignored all subsequent communication from my attorney and myself to resolve the matter. 10s of thousands of dollars are owed to me !
