Pros

- great product - especially the techy guys are very good in what they are doing - big compliment to the product owner that is not just a smart guy, but has great spirit and motivation - interesting market

Cons

Dexma has great potential but for several reasons the company does not succeed the break-through. In my opinion, this is caused by the fact that there is a lack of flexibility and not having an open minded attitude. New ideas or ways of thinking are not really welcomed and the company is lead by investors pressure and a bunge of strong nationalists that do not really embrace the fact that the company has to position itself internationally in order to grow. If you are interested in working for a start-up where flexibility, creativity and an open culture is encouraged, Dexma is definitely not the right spot for you. The company is neither start-up neither enterprise nor corporate. On its way it has lost its vision of what it wants to be...

We feel sorry that you haven’t had enough confidence in us, to tell us about these issues while you were working at DEXMA.
