Pros

- Not much workload in yuu, one day WFH per week. - Official working hours are 9am-5:30pm for Mon-Thu and 9am-5pm for Fri. - Friendly colleagues and team environment; colleagues' voices and opinions are often respected (though not necessarily taken). - Staff discounts on banners, plenty of learning & culture activities. - yuu was like a start-up environment (at least before 2025).

Cons

- Unclear direction, frequently changed management / restructuring. - May not have great promotion opportunities in some teams. - Some conflicts on responsibilities between different functions; a bit politics there
